This year, in line with its CSR charter drawn up in 2021, the Group has chosen to organize the CSR & Disability Week from November 14 to 18 in parallel with the European Week for the Employment of People with Disabilities. Lhe objective? Sheighten awareness among all employees-ices and manager-s to these little-known social issuess in the workplace. Lhe year 2022 has enabled the group to develop its disability policyand several areas of focus:

  • The integration of disability and diversity in the company with the implementation of d'training for managers and HR teams
  • The creation of partnerships with enterprises that are adapted
  • The implementation of specialized recruitment platformsein the field of disability
  • The development of school relations with an inclusive school (on the same subject, read our article on work-study training at Blue Soft)

7 presentations by specialists in CSR and disability.

During the week, the Group invited its 800 employees to take part in workshops led by specialists. A total of 7 speakers, recognized for their expertise in CSR and disability issues, led 7 workshops.  

The week began with a workshop on "CSR and disability at Blue Soft " led by our Communications Director.. The aim of this event was to give our teams a clearer picture of the actions taken over the past year. The workshop also provided an opportunity for our talents to express their wishes for 2023. The week continued with a workshop on "Welcoming diversity in the workplace", with the aim of clarifying what is meant by : diversity, inclusion and equity, and to to deconstruct stereotypes associated with disability.

The following events were also organized in parallel :

  • A "fclimate resque"hosted by the association Latitudes in order to raise awareness among employees.-iceemployees to the challenges of global warming
  • An introductory workshop on French Sign Language to allow to all and all to better understand the handicap
  • A "green" workshoping" workshop to learn how to reduce energy consumption in the office and while telecommuting
  • A workshop on Microsoft Teams accessibility features applied to disability, led by one of our consultants
  • A workshop on the status of RQTH and family caregivers led by occupational medicine
  • Also noteworthy is a highlight organized in the middle of the week with the intervention of Anthony Martins-Misse, judoka, double medalist at the world championships, entrepreneur and father. Anthony led a workshop on resilience and surpassing oneself.

An opportunity for everyone gain a fresh perspective on disability and CSR

In conclusion, today's companies have a responsibility to raise awareness and provide support for all their teams on these issues, for a "better life together". This dedicated week was an opportunity for employees to get to gripsices of the Blue Soft group to develop their knowledge of disability, diversity, inclusion and CSR.

They were able to understand the company's social and societal commitments, and have a clear understanding of all the actions implemented within their organization.

Diversity is an asset and our objective for 2023 is to continue on this path and to further develop our CSR policy and commitments.
