The Aurore research program
Launched in 2010, Aurore is a unique research program in France.
- It offers its partners a real heritage thanks to the different research carried out in recent years
- It helps organizations build a transformation capacity adapted to their ambitions and context
- Established in an applied research approach, the value of the Aurore program is to bring a "toolbox" to partners and practitioners
It is thanks to the interactions with Blue Soft Consulting consultants that the research program produces interesting knowledge to respond to current client issues. Among others, the Aurore program is :
- A knowledge "factory " based on the co-construction of knowledge between researchers and practitioners, which will allow for a certain primacy of information
- A showcase of the expertise of the group Blue Soft and Daylight. Within the Aurore program, a certain ambidexterity can be noticed between the consulting and research parts
- A space for exchange and sharing among peers for the partners. Research meetings are organized and will allow the different organizations to meet
The three themes addressed are:
- The structural theme: research on the structuring of the organization
- The methodological theme: the deepening of good practices
- The human theme: the study of issues related to the various actors involved in project management
As part of this initiative, we are developing models and tools to understand and solve transformation issues:
- Generalization of agile practices, tool for early detection of project difficulties, model of a company's transformation capacity, model allowing the definition of a business case for an Enterprise PMO, etc.
- Diagnostic or rapid diagnostic grids for projects and programs, project complexity index, etc.
- Ability and Competency Grids Sponsor and CP
