"We do custom software development, in Agile mode (SCRUM method), to meet the specific expectations of customers, especially in the field of mobility and the Web with developments in HTML5. Even if it has deeply evolved, software development remains a great adventure with each new project. What I like best is to identify the client's functional needs, which often requires using innovative solutions or processes, and to deliver a polished product on time," says Zine Djelouah.

Challenges are numerous but rarely repetitive as they are different for each client and give the whole team the opportunity to experiment with new technologies and platforms.

Technological monitoring, meetings with users and ensuring the regularity of development runs form the daily routine of every employee at Digital Factory. " The key word here is 'Services'. It sums up the transformation of our business," explains Zine Djelouah. The work does not stop with the delivery of the product. It extends beyond that, and in particular to its maintenance over time. "That's why we also have about 20 people who ensure the software stability of our customers' software.

While customer satisfaction is his primary concern, it is not the only one. As a manager, I try to be as close as possible to my teams," he says. One of my objectives is not to be just a conduit for instructions: I make sure that I provide concrete support to my employees on a daily basis in their challenges and questions, and that I support them in their innovations and proposals."

His best moments as a manager? "These evenings of work, when we finish very late... because this kind of event builds strong bonds with team members. That's how a solid and imaginative team is created!"
