CSR and Blue Soft : a year in review of our commitments

Over the past two years, we have taken up challenges and implemented the expectations and demands of our employees, with the aim of achieving constant progress by the end of 2023. Our CSR commitments guide each of our actions, shaping our impact on society and the environment. We would like to share the actions that have marked these two years, the initiatives that have been taken and the concrete results of our collective efforts to build a more sustainable future in 2023. 3 questions to the director of Blue Soft Consulting, Anne-Lucie Philonenko,

Teaming up and staying the course Formally established at the beginning of 2022, Blue Soft Consulting now brings together Daylight Consulting, Ileo Conseil and Ileo Niort. Anne-Lucie Philonenko is at the head of this new division of more than 115 consultants, which she is leading with determination on the path to new and numerous collaborations. Anne-Lucie Philonenko, is consulting first and foremost a human affair? In any case, that's what it should be. There is no transformation, no introduction of new technology, no reorganization, no new perspectives, without the human being being at the origin of the success or failure of a project. But every transformation is a leap, a jump towards what we don't know, at least in part. It is a source of doubt, anxiety and sometimes affliction. Not to recognize this is a fundamental mistake. That being said, change, as a cycle, is inevitable. Knowing how to welcome it and move forward with it is certainly the best way to go about it, whether it is a matter of growth for the organization or evolution for the people involved. Consulting aims to provide the knowledge necessary to lay a solid foundation on the one hand and to help create the framework of an ambition or program on the other. All major projects [...]

Management Profile: Anne-Lucie Philonenko, Blue Soft Consulting

On the occasion of the International Women's Rights Day, we have chosen to highlight the portrait of one of our managers, Anne-Lucie Philonenko. Director of our subsidiaries Iléo Conseil and Iléo Niort, she shares her career path, her experience and her vision, as a woman and a manager, in this interview. The beginning of a woman manager's career path "30 years ago, the professions addressed to women were mainly communication or business engineering. I first worked in a private bank for 5 years as a communications manager. The experience was a unique learning experience; this company being composed mostly of men, I understood that it is only hard work that leads you to success. Well surrounded, I always had confidence in myself and never questioned my skills. Later, I landed in the IT world by chance. As a communications manager for two years, I found this sector fascinating and decided to take a little more interest in it. I then moved into the consulting business in strategic positions. My biggest difficulty in my role as a director was to be considered as a "boss".
