Blue Soft continues its growth in the Rhône Alpes region with the acquisition of Asyrès

Blue Soft continues its development in France with the acquisition of Asyres, a company providing IT services for projects in the industrial, chemical, logistics, hotel and international tradding sectors. "The acquisition of Asyres allows us to strengthen our presence in the infrastructure sector in the Rhône-Alpes region," explains Thierry Boccara, co-president of Blue Soft. " The acquisition of Asyres will enable the Blue Soft group to support new customers such as Solvay, Martin Belaysoud and theApril insurance group," said Thierry Boccara, co-president of Blue Soft.

Already a member of the Association pour le Digital en Région Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes (ADIRA), the group has strengthened its position with the acquisition of Asyres, whose clients are located in the Auvergne Rhone-Alpes and Ile-De-France regions.

PMU and the ACCOR group, formerly managed by the Asyrès Ile-de-France agency, will also complete the client portfolio of Blue Soft.
