Charenton-le-Pont, January 19, 2023 - The Blue Soft group, a business and digital services company, announces that it has acquired Scient, which will benefit from the group's strength to develop new markets and consolidate its offering. For its part, the Blue Soft group will benefit from the complementary nature of Scient's activities.
The Blue Soft group kicks off 2023 with further external growth
Always on the lookout for complementary skills in application development, architecture and data processing, the group Blue Soft finalized on January 3, 2023 the purchase of Scient, a company specialized in digital transformation and data, with an approach centered around the user and design.
Scient provides companies with consultants in IT project management, data and IT development. It also offers consulting services from upstream design to custom application development, with rapid prototyping, in agile mode.

Scient steps up a gear
Created in 2019 by Stéphanie LE BEUZE and Mathieu LACOME, Scient has grown rapidly. With 40 consultants working mainly on a contract basis, the company now requires the support of a solid and well-established structure to develop with new clients.
Stéphanie LE BEUZE, co-founder and co-director of Scient, emphasizes the importance of a rapid change of scale for several reasons: " For our teams, joining Blue Soft means new opportunities and significant career development. Consolidating the complementarities between Blue Soft Group and Scient
As usual in the group, Scient keeps its autonomy and its operation, as well as its geographical location in Aix-en-Provence and Paris.
