With participation on the rise, the second edition of the Group's Project Indigo Blue Soft, which aims to provide material support for employee volunteer projects, has been a success.

Charenton-le-Pont, September 7, 2023 - The Blue Soft group, a business and digital services company, has announced its support for 17 associations this year as part of its Projet Indigo sponsorship program.

The Indigo project, at the heart of blue flow

Launched in 2022, the Indigo program is an original corporate philanthropy program devoted entirely to the personal initiatives of Group employees in France, Belgium and Switzerland.

By 2022, 9 associative projects, in which volunteer employees are involved, had been selected to benefit from financial support, as well as skills sponsorship to meet the many digital needs of associative structures.

The selection criteria and process are deliberately simplified to encourage participation. You must be an employee Blue Soft Group and work on a voluntary basis within a non-profit organization that shares the Group's values of commitment, cohesion and excellence.

" Project Indigo is an important and recurring event in Blue Soft 's employer policy," explains Ludovic Hayat, Group President Blue Soft. " It is part ofblue flow initiatives whose aim is to make the experience at work particularly satisfying at Blue Soft ".

17 new associations supported in 2023

In 2022, Ludovic Hayat, founder and co-Chairman of the Blue Soft group, wanted to increase the proportion of skills-based sponsorship and widen access to the Indigo program to humanitarian associations and those helping sick people.

" In addition to financial donations, the contribution of IT skills in a variety of fields - infrastructure, cloud, development, etc. - is very important for the associations we support. - is very structuring for the associations we support. We support them in the same way as we do our customers, with a formal needs assessment, the allocation of an ad hoc number of man-days, and we remain at their side until the skills are transferred," explains Ludovic Hayat.
