The Blue Soft group is continuing its reorganization towards ever greater coherence and efficiency for its customers.

Charenton-le-Pont, December 2, 2021 - The Blue Soft group, a business and digital services company, has announced the merger of several of its entities and subsidiaries to meet the industrialization needs of its customers in application development, consulting and infrastructure. While the regional distribution of the teams will remain the same, the organization and processes will become common to benefit all the group's private and public customers.

Launch of the Digital Factory

Digital Factory Blue Soft is designed to be the ideal solution for organizations wishing to make all types of digital products available to their teams, customers and partners, but without an in-house development team.

Officialized for all group employees at the start of the last quarter of 2021, Digital Factory now brings together the expertise of Le Renard Bleu teams for UX/UI, Blue Soft teams for the development phases and testing teams.

This new offer enables the Group's customers to benefit from a single service provider, whatever their development needs, and from long-term support, from the first idea through to product maintenance and upgrades.

With co-design workshops, API integration, guaranteed service continuity and continuous product improvement, Digital Factory Blue Soft frees companies from the constraints inherent in digital projects. Available 24/7, Digital Factory has already won over organizations such as Giropharm pharmacies and the CCI France International network. Both of these organizations are now able to offer their members tailor-made applications, maintained over time and enhanced in terms of functionality.

Opening of the new Consulting entity

The group's consulting team Blue Soft, operational in January 2022, will bring together under a common banner Daylight Consulting, specialists in organizational management, and the subsidiaries Ileo Conseil and Ileo Niort, experts in business processes in the healthcare, insurance and retirement sectors.

The new Consulting team is designed to offer a broader range of consultancy and services to the group's customers Blue Soft, focused on securing their programs and projects: corporate and operational PMO, applied research, business analysis and change management in particular.

With common processes and management, the consulting team aims to become an important differentiating factor for the Blue Soft group, and today represents over 15% of the group's workforce.

Data becomes Cloud infrastructures

A long-standing business of the Blue Soft group, Cloud infrastructures serves major consumer and data producer accounts. To support their growth and competitiveness, Blue Soft Group is strengthening its offering of intelligent infrastructure services, through automation solutions for real-time infrastructure optimization.

In the context of a complex, cross-functional approach, the Blue Soft group's Cloud Infrastructures employees are tasked with bringing these particularly structuring projects to a successful conclusion for their customers.
