Blue Soft relies heavily on work-study programs and encourages students to take part in an apprenticeship program in which senior employees are heavily involved. We pass on our know-how and working methods (which have proved their worth) to all our students, so that tomorrow a work-study contract will become a permanent job at Blue Soft. The ideal? A rhythm of 3 days per week in the company so that you can fully benefit from our follow-up.

The possibility of working remotely is obviously offered to employees with permanent contracts, regardless of the branch in which they work. A telecommuting charter organizes the framework of the exercise, according to the constraints of the position and the employees' requests.

A disability policy that listens to employees

Blue Soft has joined the Linklusion, Mission Handicap and Handi IT recruitment platforms. The group's job offers will gradually be accessible on these platforms.

In addition to recruitment, Blue Soft is stepping up its program to raise awareness among managers, employees and recruiters of the problems faced by disabled workers. In parallel, it is developing an R&D program in which employees can participate and increase their skills, particularly in Machine Learning/Deep Learning.
