Blue Soft relies heavily on work-study programs and encourages students to take part in an apprenticeship program in which senior employees are heavily involved. We pass on our know-how and working methods (which have proved their worth) to all our students, so that tomorrow a work-study contract will become a permanent job at Blue Soft. The ideal? A rhythm of 3 days per week in the company so that you can fully benefit from our follow-up.
The possibility of working remotely is obviously offered to employees with permanent contracts, regardless of the branch in which they work. A telecommuting charter organizes the framework of the exercise, according to the constraints of the position and the employees' requests.
A disability policy that listens to employees

The training policy is developed jointly with managers. It responds to the demands, expectations and desires of employees to progress. The aim is to enable employees to continuously develop their employability, while keeping pace with rapid technological developments.
Specifically, our BU Cloud Infrastructure has an innovative strategy and roadmap to integrate artificial intelligence into infrastructure service management. In parallel, it is developing an R&D program in which employees can participate and increase their skills, particularly in Machine Learning/Deep Learning.
