The Letsignit solution, of which Blue Soft Empower is a partner, allows to create and manage the email signatures of an organization's personnel through a simple and intuitive interface. The company Softway Medical has adopted it and gives us its feedback.

Anthony Brasdefer, its information systems manager, in charge of the company's IT assets as well as the use and evolution of business tools, answered our questions.

How did the need for a solution like Letsignit emerge and what does it allow you to do concretely?

Anthony Brasdefer. Initially, it was a need of the communication department which wanted to better communicate with our customers through signatures. Letsignit allows us to deploy and centralize the management of the company's signatures, but also to set up banners for both internal communication, but also with our customers.

The Letsignit solution also allowed us to modulate communications according to the profile of the people in the company, i.e., I will communicate in a different way than other departments with customers.

What has Letsignit changed in Softway Medical's processes and daily life?

AB. Letsignit has made it possible to simplify, on a daily basis, the users in their signature, since they actually don't have to worry about " I create my signature, I have to change my title " or that kind of thing. Before Letsignit, people were doing their own signatures. We tried to homogenize the signatures, but it wasn't necessarily obvious.

Letsignit allowed us to automate their deployment, but also to override the signatures that were created upstreamby the employees. And for new collaborators, it allowed to automatically install the new signature without them having to do anything.

Since we use our company's directory, everything is done automatically. As far as support is concerned, this has enabled us to significantly reduce the number of requests for signatures, since once the solution has been deployed, there is nothing more for the user to do.

Why did you choose this solution?

AB. We chose Letsignit for its simplicity of use, its integration with Microsoft 365 and the fact that it is cross-platform, so it works on both the Microsoft Windows environment and Mac computers.

Why did you call on Blue Soft Empower ?

AB. When the communications department told me about their signature implementation project, I thought of Empower to try to find a solution that allows for use with Microsoft 365 platforms. And Empower told me directly about Letsignit.

We had already called upon Empower in the past for different projects and what we liked was their expertise and their sense of work well done. That's why we decided to work with them again on the Letsignit solution.

How did you get in touch with Letsignit?

AB. Empower proposed the signature management solution to us, and it was done very quickly. We started talking to the Letsignit team. Then we did a POC and then we deployed the solution. Since we had a well-filled company directory, with all the necessary information, i.e. name, first name, position of the person, etc., it was really natural, in a few days.

Any plans for 2022?

AB. For 2022, we're going to finish our new headquarters project for Softway Medical. In terms of IT, there is quite a bit of work to do. Then we will certainly carry out a project on the collaboration part of Microsoft Teams, in particular with Planner which, I think, will allow us to gain in reactivity on the project management part. I think we have a lot to do with this tool, in terms of organization and team management. So this will be one of my big projects in 2022.
