Blue Soft is adopting the podcast format to give arguments to its recruitment. Based on the observation that equal pay can make the difference, ESN opens the door to a certain intimacy at work.

Charenton-le-Pont, February 17, 2022 - The Blue Soft group, a business and digital services company, announces the release of its monthly podcast Chroniques de talents bleus, dedicated to its teams and candidates.

A podcast to discover future colleagues

She may be a recruitment officer, he may be a development specialist, he may be a consultant, she may run a BU: on the 15th of every month since September, Blue Soft Group publishes a new podcast devoted to a member of its numerous agencies, spread all over France.

At the microphone, they take turns talking about their profession, as they see it personally. This is where we learn the most about them. And because they may well be future colleagues, that's what we're aiming for.

Chronique de talents bleus aims to help recruitment candidates break through the glass wall, overcome their uncertainties about a new job, and provide answers to those questions that are never answered until they take the plunge: Will I like it here? Will I fit in?

Chroniques de talents bleus doesn't stop at jobs. At the microphone, each volunteer talks about their career path, their choices, sometimes their mistakes, but also their hopes and desires. All the episodes bear witness to the fact that no professional life is set in stone.

Giving body to diversity

Regional roots are a particular feature of Blue Soft, represented by branches with complementary specialties, located in the four corners of France, as well as in Belgium and Switzerland. The diversity of expertise is matched only by the variety of career opportunities to be found at Blue Soft. Within the group, each branch has retained its own identity and the warm welcome typical of small businesses.

But because Blue Soft employees are based all over France, it's easy to never cross paths. That's why Chroniques de talents bleus is also designed to create links and encourage the exploration of personalities.

"In a very tight market, you have to be careful not to rest on your laurels, especially as our recruitment needs are on the rise. Chroniques de talents bleus is another way of expressing our gratitude to our employees, and perhaps, we hope, of creating a desire to join us," explains Ludovic HAYAT, founder and co-director of the group.

Diversity is at the heart of Blue Soft's recruitment approach, and this year and in 2023, the company is stepping up training initiatives for its managers, particularly on CSR and disability issues. Awareness and better understanding of the needs and constraints of people with disabilities, new approaches to recruitment, breaking down stereotypes and inclusive approaches have been the focus of numerous workshops.
