Vincent Faysse, Managing Director of Team Partners, will celebrate 14 years at the helm of the company in 2021. On the occasion of the acquisition of the business of Proactive Partnersa service business based in Nyon, in the French-speaking part of Switzerland, we spoke to Vincent about the activities of our Swiss subsidiary, its recent developments, and its ambitions for 2021.
The activities of our Swiss subsidiary
Team Partners has developed since its creation on service provision activities, particularly for infrastructures (system administration, database administration, network management, etc.). The company's consultants also work on application development projects using various technologies, such as Oracle, Microsoft or Open Source technologies.
Because of its taste for innovation and because it had the opportunity to do so, the company also ventured for a time into the publishing of software intended for project and team management, before refocusing on the delegation of competences, the leasing of services (LSE), as it is called in Switzerland.
2021, the year of a new stage for Team Partners
In 2020, the Blue Soft group is looking to expand its presence in Switzerland, and is interested in Proactive Partners. The company is no stranger to Vincent Faysse:
"Proactive Partners and we have a similar life history: our companies are in the LSE business, we have common customers and we often find ourselves competing against them for tenders. When the idea of Blue Soft taking over their services business through Team Partners came up, it seemed to me to be a totally logical growth strategy for our group."
The two service companies in French-speaking Switzerland know each other well, and their respective consultants sometimes collaborate on the same client project. It is therefore quite natural that the employees of Team Partners welcome today those of the services activity of Proactive Partners.
Team Partners now has 60 employees: 5 in management and support functions, and 55 consultants with strong technical know-how and specialized and complementary skills in the fields of banking, health and public administration.
Team Partners within the group Blue Soft
The development of synergies between the subsidiaries and the group is a declared objective of Blue Soft. It exists at Team Partners as well as in other subsidiaries of the group, such as Daylight Consulting or Blue Soft Empower. Vincent Faysse fully subscribes to this vision:
"I think we have everything to gain by building on each other. Today, Team Partners and Blue Soft address customers together, because Blue Soft has skills that complement our own and allow us to better meet the needs of our customers in Switzerland."
For example, Blue Soft can manage TMA on a business application in Geneva, for which Team Partners did not have the internal resources. Or, in the field of risk management, the two entities have joined forces to be referenced by major accounts in France and Switzerland.
The ambitions are important, the company is looking for about twenty consultants and developers: system engineers, Java developers...
