Why did you choose Brussels for Blue Soft Belgium?

The creation of an agency in Belgium was a long-standing project for the two leaders of the group Blue Soft (Ludovic Hayat and Thierry Boccara). It was in March 2022 that the project became a reality in Brussels with Joël. For this native of Brussels, there was no other alternative in Belgium. He knows the city well and reminds us of its status as the Capital of Europe, a metropolis with flourishing economic and commercial activities but also rich and bubbling.

In addition to this potential of companies and organizations, he also emphasizes the need for the group to support its customers locally "for certain French customers, but who have a truly European footprint, it is important to have a local service. Switching to cloud and modernization: the problems of the Belgian market are similar to those of the French market

When asked about the particularities of the Belgian market regarding IT issues, Joël answers: "I think the Belgian market is not very different from the French market. Cloudification, technological modernization in certain public services, whether regional or national." He also mentions the sometimes immense technological debts, the reluctance to change and a lack of vision for certain managers who should sometimes perhaps dare more.
