The Blue Soft group, a business and digital services company, has announced the acquisition of Code Insider, thus boosting its software development offering with techniques and practices designed to guarantee the highest quality in web engineering.

Second acquisition at the start of 2023 for Blue Soft GroupFollowing the acquisition of Scient, an ESN specializing in digital transformation and data, Blue Soft has this time opted for Code Insider, a French company founded by Benjamin Vidon and César Mourot, with an extra-qualitative code culture.
" Code Insider is that extra bit of soul in the code business that we were looking for, that excellence capable of being industrialized without losing any of its quality principles," explains Ludovic HAYAT, co-director with Thierry BOCCARA, of the Blue Soft group.
" It's also a professionally very attractive company, which knows how to attract real enthusiasts. Benjamin and César are as sympathetic as they are competent in their speciality as they are in managing the men and women who make up the structure," adds Thierry BOCCARA.
With sales expected to reach €4 million by 2022, Code Insider is the latest nugget to join the Blue Soft group, reflecting similar entrepreneurial cultures.
" We looked at many business proposals for 2022, but few companies met our criteria of solidity and growth potential, while sharing compatible values with our customers and employees alike," add the two directors of Blue Soft.

Founded 7 years ago by Benjamin Vidon (ISEP Paris) and César Mourot (Sorbonne management, economics and management), Code Insider produces software code for the largest companies in the media, aerospace, banking/insurance and energy sectors. The company employs about thirty consultants with a solid development culture, with a strong theoretical and practical background, which they complete with a high potential career path throughout their career in the structure.
