Two years ago, the consulting firm, Daylight Consulting, specialized in the transformation of large companies, joined the group Blue Soft (as did Blue Soft Empower). Today, we shed light on this expertise, which is as sharp as it is valuable, and which places research, innovation and certifications at the heart of its strategy.

Clear synergies for the benefit of customers

Since its creation in 1997, Daylight has been supporting the strategic management teams of major corporations (senior management, business units, IT departments, etc.), helping them to achieve successful transformation. Daylight offers both strategic and project management support through its PMO offerings.

For its part, Blue Soft has a significant capacity to support operational and technical transformation, particularly digital, at the heart of the strategy of large groups. By joining Blue Soft, Daylight has benefited from the size of the group to position itself on very large-scale projects, and Blue Soft has been able to integrate a very high-end consulting offer.

" The acquisition of Daylight enables us to bring real expertise in transformation and project portfolio management strategy to our customers' senior management. We were immediately won over by the research program in transformation methodology towards greater agility. This offering is a coherent addition to the Group's catalog of services Blue Soft ", summarize Ludovic Hayat and Thierry Boccara, co-directors of Groupe Blue Soft.

Applied research at the heart of Daylight's model

One of Daylight's special features is the research program mentioned above. Called Aurore, it has been running one of the only applied research programs in transformation management since 2010. The program is run in conjunction with companies, researchers and consultants, and over the years has built up unique expertise.

Daylight regularly passes on this expertise through meetings, training courses, webinars and more. Daylight's work is also regularly published in reference works.

As an example, we suggest you read Fadi El Gemayel's excellent column in Harvard Business Review, entitled " Portfolio Management: How to Make the Right Decisions in Times of Crisis".

Daylight: a solid, long-lasting team with constantly developing skills

Daylight, it is about 40 consultants and managers, all coming from engineer training, who follow their customers in long term logics and excellence. Young graduates or confirmed experts, when they join Daylight the collaborators join a welded, listening and benevolent team.

Throughout their career, consultants follow an intense certification program on the different business referentials. In addition to this, we offer a variety of training courses, both on the business and on the acquisition of soft skills. This is a characteristic found in all the branches of the Blue Soft group: continuous training and certification are our obsessions!

A vision set in a century of change

Like all organizations, and even more so because the consulting firm is focused on transformation issues, Daylight is now interested in changes related to sustainable development, whether they are societal, social or environmental.

An interest that our subsidiary applies first and foremost to itself. Already certified by Ecovadis, the world reference in terms of CSR evaluation, Daylight is committed to a Best Place to Work program. An approach that is well accepted: 95% of the employees answer positively to the question "are you happy or very happy to work at Daylight?
