Design within organizations
Design Thinking requires organizations to shift their mindset, adopting new ways of approaching their problems through the prism of the user.
The first part, "Fundamentals, Findings & Reflections on Design", dealt with the limits of design in the face of complexity. This second part seeks to explore the principles and changes that will enable a better approach to design methods and innovation, extended to ecosystems, and confronting corporate strategy with the desirability of its services and products.
Our white paper is aimed at CIOs, CDOs, marketing and sales managers. The term "approach" is used here in opposition to methodological design, which is reduced to technical recipes.
The aim is not to respond to a principle of process structuring and schematization, but rather to reflect on changes in vision and what they mean for teams in their approach to design methods, and in their understanding of the importance of strategy, complexity visualization, users and experience.
