The Blue Soft group continues to evolve and grow, with almost 900 employees and the aim of attracting 150 talents by 2023. Against this backdrop, Talents Bleus was created to bring together all the group's teams under a single banner, while respecting the cultures of each entity.

In recent years, in a tense employment context, candidates' expectations have become increasingly high, focusing in particular on well-being in the workplace and corporate transparency. Already very much involved in these issues, the Blue Soft group wanted to crystallize its employer value proposition through a new brand universe: Talents Bleus.

The aim? To provide a single site with all the essential information on the recruitment process and daily life within the Group.

Talents Bleus, unity in diversity

With the idea of optimizing the experience of talent wishing to join us, we have given shape to our simple and transparent recruitment process. The complexity of our structure (made up of 13 business units) becomes our strength and our added value for candidates.
