The year 2019 is coming to an end, and ends for the Group Blue Soft with the strategic acquisition of a consulting firm specializing in Microsoft : Projetlys. (which became Blue Soft Empower in 2023) Ludovic Hayat, historical founder of Blue Soft and co-director of the group with Thierry Boccaralooks back on the events that marked this year, and shares his wishes and vision for 2020.

What is the outcome in 2019 for Blue Soft ?

Ludovic Hayat explains , "We started the year with an event that gave me the opportunity to learn more about the company.'We started the year with an event that particularly touched me, our 10th anniversary party. With all the employees, we took the time to measure the progress we have made together, and I think everyone was very proud of it. and I think that everyone was able to take a lot of pride in it. It was an excellent way to start the year and the challenges that lie ahead!

Then there was the launch of the BS Academyour program of seminars and training on all aspects of digital transformation, both technical and managerial. Since the spring, we have been offering a weekly one-hour breakfast session with our experts on questions that executives and managers may have: how to set up collaborative work, why switch to Cloud, the benefits of developing APIs, etc.

In terms of client projects, we have strengthened our presence with our clients to work on complex, strategic and exciting projects! There are many of them, but I can mention Engie, BNP (through its subsidiary BPII) and Vinci Immobilier, for example. We are at theirs sides on key points of their digital strategy and dataand we are starting to tackle new subjects, such as Artificial Intelligence and Virtual Reality. As for our Risk Management activity, which is steadily growing, we are seeing more and more bridges being built with digital. There are Cybersecurity issues of course, but also the solutions that can be provided by digital in risk management.

The end of the year was marked by a new acquisition, that of Projetlys, which joins the group Blue Soft and which we have already mentioned. This is a significant step in the development of our projects, as we are now able to to support in a more global way the customers who are under Microsoft environment.

All this has contributed to our good results this year. The accounts and budgets have not yet been finalized, but we can already state that we are on track to meet the - ambitious! - that we had set for ourselves. ".

What are the projects and prospects for 2020 at Blue Soft ?

"From a general perspective, our ambition for 2020 is to strengthen the presence of our innovative offerings with our customers. Our agile offerings, in particular, have been very successful with the clients who have benefited from them this year. Compared to fixed-price offers, they bring considerable advantages to projects, particularly in terms of their suitability for the needs and uses of end users end-users. The agile mode service also allows us to measure customer satisfaction on a regular basis and to make any necessary corrections very quickly. This is clearly something we want to generalize in our services.

In terms of growth, we will still be recruiting many employees in 2020 to help us continue to grow. About 200 people are expected to join us. In an ultra-competitive context for the recruitment of the best profiles, we are confident in what we can bring to our future employees. At Blue Soft, our policy has always been tobe sincere and human above all. We are convinced that a Baby-Foot does not replace a real conversation between a manager and his team, and that a "fun" decoration is not worth an investment in the training of experts.
