The Blue Soft Group has launched its 2021gramme, Project Indigo. After several years, we now support some forty associations in the fields of health, the environment, culture and sport.
This year Blue Soft supported the Centre Français de Secourisme de l'Essonne (CFS 91). This civil protection association was proposed by Florent, our CIO and also an extremely committed member of CFS 91.
Blue Soft supports associations with Project Indigo
In 2021, Blue Soft is launching Project Indigo, a collaborative philanthropy program that supports associations proposed by our employees in France, Belgium and Switzerland.
« Le projet Indigo est un événement important et récurrent de la politique employeur de Blue Soft » explique Ludovic Hayat, président du groupe Blue Soft. « Il s'inscrit dans le courant bleu d'initiatives dont l'objectif est de rendre l'expérience au travail particulièrement satisfaisante chez Blue Soft ».
Il a pour objectif de donner à nos équipes l'opportunité de s'engager sur les projets qui leur sont chers. Les projets sont sélectionnés par rapport à leur adéquation avec les valeurs du groupe : l'engagement, la cohésion et l'excellence. Nous apportons également notre soutien en termes de communication autour d'actions définies et la possibilité pour les associations de bénéficier mécénat de compétences.
« Outre les dons financiers, l'apport de compétences IT dans des domaines variés – infrastructure, cloud, développement, etc. – est très structurant pour les associations soutenues. Nous les accompagnons comme nous le faisons pour nos clients, avec une évaluation formelle des besoins, l'attribution d'un nombre de jours/homme ad hoc et restons à leurs côtés jusqu'au transfert de compétences » détaille Ludovic Hayat.
Que fait le Centre Français de Secourisme de l'Essonne ?
Le Centre Français de Secourisme de l'Essonne est une association de sécurité civile affiliée au Centre Français de Secourisme national. Ce sont des activités qui sont entièrement bénévoles, dans le respect des valeurs de l'association : l'apolitisme, la neutralité, l'humanité, le dévouement.
CFS 91 provides daily first-aid training for the general public, as well as more targeted training for professionals.
They are also involved in the provision of emergency services, depending on sporting events, demonstrations or other cultural gatherings. For example: the 24 hours of Le Mans, the Interceltic Festival of Lorient or musical events where teams are placed on call to reinforce public services, with the fire department or the ambulance service.
They can be mobilized in the event of a crisis, as in the case of COVID, where they were mobilized on an exceptional scale, being on call 24 hours a day in the Paris region for almost two years.
Their activities also include "marauding", visiting homeless people to provide them with care, comfort, hot drinks to eat and basic necessities such as toothpaste, shower gel, etc.
Pour finir, dans le cadre de leurs conventions ils interviennent dans des centres d'accueil désimpliqués. C'est lorsqu'une ville fait face à une catastrophe, ou lorsqu'un incendie se déclare dans un immeuble et que des personnes sont à reloger temporairement, ils vont prendre en charge les citoyens avec les services de la ville afin d'installer des couchages, distribuer des produits de première nécessité et autre afin de pouvoir héberger des gens temporairement le temps que la situation soit rétablie.
Our support to the Centre Français de Secourisme as part of Project Indigo
CFS 91 works with equipment that must always be at the cutting edge of the latest innovations, and is often very costly, whether in terms of vehicle purchases, vehicle maintenance or emergency equipment.
The Blue Soft group has provided financial support for the purchase of a new, latest-generation defibrillator. It is more compact, with new options to optimize treatment of future victims.
We have also helped the association through skills sponsorship.

How can I join the First Aid Training Center?
Joining the association is easy:
- be of age
- no diploma requirements
- no inaptitude for first aid.
The CFS also promotes gender diversity within its ranks, with total parity in the workforce.
As an added bonus, joining the CFS also means you can attend and participate in major events. The first-aid stations are never far from the stages or activities!
