A loyal Blue Soft customer since 2016, M6 Boutique looks back on its experience with our agile development teams and our Digital Factory offerings .

The M6 boutique development project

In 2016, M6 decided to revamp its M6 boutique site. "We wanted to revamp the shape of the online catalogs and rethink the search engine to make navigation more intuitive for consumers," explains Franck Ravoir, Project Director at Ventadis-M6 group. We were won over by the flexibility of Blue Soft's " Developer as a Service " formula. In particular, it enables us to absorb large workloads and relieve our teams. The principle is simple," explains Zine Djelouah, Service Center Manager Blue Soft. We agree a man-day credit with our customers, which is then spent according to their needs.

An interesting and economical overflow option

The formula is all the more interesting because Blue Soft is very responsive and can satisfy our requests within tight deadlines," adds Franck Ravoir. Not to mention that it is also more economical: instead of hiring a person under a management contract, which implies major investments in recruitment, equipment and management, I use the daily or weekly overflow platform, which is less expensive and just as effective.

M6 boutique and Blue Soft, a partnership over time

In terms of efficiency, Franck Ravoir is also very satisfied with the collaboration between the teams: "It's very transparent. Every morning, my team exchanges with Blue Soft by videoconference to debrief the previous day's actions and schedule the day's actions in order to best define everyone's tasks. At the same time, I send the sprint planning summarizing the objectives to be reached within three weeks to the Blue Soft teams. This information allows them to have a medium-term visibility and to be aware of the project's progress. Convinced, Franck Ravoir is pleased to have opted for a formula that is already bearing fruit: "Reactive and competent, the experts at Blue Soft have contributed enormously to the success of the project. Since its launch in October 2017, the new site has seen an increase in traffic. The conversion rate, which indicates the number of visitors who have purchased on the platform, has also increased by 2% in one month!"
