Almost a year after the first call for applications from the group's employees, the Indigo project (funding program for Blue Soft) has grown up a lot. Let's take a look back at a collaborative program that has only just begun.

Project Indigo, an initiative for teams Blue Soft and their associations

The Indigo project is an associative and collaborative program launched by the group Blue Soft end of 2021. It aims to support associative projects and associations led by the teams and in line with the group's values (commitment, cohesion, excellence). The goal? Enable employees to be actors in the company's project. With the desire to embark on charitable projects, the group decided to throw itself into the deep end by relying on its talents and giving them the opportunity to propose their associations. In a "bottom-to-top" logic, as our friends across the Channel say, the company decided to reverse the traditional decision-making scheme to leave the hand to its teams. They can thus integrate into the company's problems a project that is important to them and in which it will invest time and money.  Elise, a beneficiary of the program , says: "I thought it was great that my employer chose to support activities that contribute to the well-being of employees, without the project necessarily having anything to do with our profession. This kind of encouragement is not so widespread, as companies tend to focus on high-profile sporting events."

The three components of the Indigo project: donation, communication and patronage

As part of the associative project, the group Blue Soft offers three types of support to associations:

  • A financial donation for a specific project or recurring activities for the purchase of equipment or maintenance. The budget is defined at the beginning of the year according to the number of associations and the adequacy of the project with the values of the group
  • A video presentation of the association with and without the group
  • Sponsorship of skills to support them either in their IT problems, linked to the group's core business, or when they need it for specific events or actions

For this first edition, 9 associations were proposed and supported by the associative program of Blue Soft. From health rugby to the protection of street animals and green mobility, many themes are supported by the projects spread over all the group's agencies. Small streams make big rivers... on the way to the second candle

The Indigo project, named after the group's baseline "Adopt the blue flow has found its audience among the group's teams in its first year. Jean-François, an employee of the group and a beneficiary of the programme, testifies to this: "It's in line with the group's philosophy and values Blue Soft. There are not only sports associations, there are also associations in the field of health, with animals and so on. Honestly, great idea. I've been working for a number of years and this is the first time I've seen this. So that's really great. »

This first year will have given life to many projects (to be found on our YouTube channel) and created a lot of feedback from the teams. They are expected in December to propose new associations (if you are reading this and have not yet filled in the form, it is not too late!) and to start the second year to anchor this beautiful project in the culture of the group.
