Project Indigo is a collaborative program designed to give the blue talents of the Blue Soft teams the opportunity to get involved in projects that are close to their hearts. The Project Indigo, created in 2021 is now celebrating its 2nd anniversary, an opportunity for us to take a look back at this ambitious project.

Indigo, an associative donation project

The aim of Projet Indigo is to enable Blue Soft employees to become active players in the company's projects. This program is therefore beneficial for the associations proposed by the teams, which are in line with the group's values: commitment, cohesion and excellence.

The first part of Blue Soft 's support for associations is a donation. It is financial and helps them with a specific project or for the purchase of equipment and recurring maintenance over the course of the year. Subsequently, the budget envelope is defined at the beginning of the year according to the number of associations proposed and with the participation of the company's CSE members.

Communication support

In addition to donations made to associations, Blue Soft produces videos to present the organizations. The aim is to help them obtain content easily and without too much effort, so that they can concentrate their efforts elsewhere.

For the 1st edition, the B'Rillettes, a team taking part in the Raid des Etoiles du Verdon in aid of the Petit Prince association, had the opportunity to have a video created in their team's name.

En 2023 was a video presenting the Zygomatic Clowns, an association supported by the en 2023 program.

Skills sponsorship

Launched in 2022, 2023 has enabled Project Indigo to see its first skills sponsorship projects take off. This aspect of the program, which enables associations to benefit from the services of the Group's consultants free of charge, is a significant added value. A fine example of a project to be carried out in 2023 is the overhaul of the VML (Vaincre les Maladies Lysosomales) association's IT infrastructure, which has been transferred to cloud Azure.

In conclusion, Project Indigo is constantly evolving in its approach and, above all thanks to our Blue Talents. This year's associations can testify to this. To find out more, take a look at the page containing all the information on the first 3 editions of Project Indigo.
