Blue Soft announces over 200 new hires for 2024, the fast-growing company is recruiting on a massive scale in almost all its branches in France and Europe. The organization continues to expand its regional presence, and marks transparency with its new Talents Bleus employer brand.

Blue soft is launching a recruitment campaign for all its business units in the service and digital sectors, throughout France and Europe. Over 200 positions are open for recruitment on permanent or temporary contracts.

Join our teams in Belgium

For our entity in Belgium, Blue Soft Belgium which provides expertise in data architecture, storage and analysis, we are recruiting more than a dozen positions in Brussels for: project managers, engineers cloud, business analysts and account managers.

Recruitment Blue Soft : Pushing the limits of infrastructure automation

For our Cloud Infrastructures our transformation specialist, we're looking for around 40 consultants, 90% of whom will be based in Paris and 10% in Lille and Lyon. We're looking for a variety of positions, including systems engineers and architects (Linux, Windows, VMWare), storage, backup, cloud (Azure and AWS), DevOps and automation engineers (Python, Ansible, ...) as well as project managers and technical coordinators and ITSM managers (incident manager, change manager, problem manager).

Be part of inspiring projects

The EngineeringThe Engineering Division, which specializes in project management and provides our customers with a wide range of skills, is recruiting around forty profiles in the Paris region, the majority of which will be in production, with profiles such as production engineer, infrastructure engineer cloud and IpOps engineer. The remainder will be recruiting fullstack developers, data engineers, OPS engineers, network and security engineers and network architects.

Shine in our Microsoft solutions teams

Our expert in Microsoft solutions, Blue Soft Empower, is looking for around thirty profiles such as technical architects (workstations, Office 365...), consultants in change management, Power Platform or SharePoint or system, network and security administrators.

Embarking on process digitization

For our teams at Digital FactoryWe're recruiting around ten talented individuals with diverse profiles, including full-stack developers, tech leads, project managers and product owners. Positions are available in Paris, Rouen and Lyon.

Riding the consulting wave

For our consulting activities, our business units Blue Soft Consulting and Scient we are looking for more than thirty profiles such as PMO, PMO specialist in insurance, Product Owner, MOA consultants, project managers with IT expertise, release managers and business intelligence engineers. These positions are to be filled primarily in Paris, Toulouse and Niort, with the possibility of remote assignments.

Join our teams in Switzerland

For our entity in Switzerland, Team Partners which has been providing IT services since 1998, to a Swiss clientele of SMEs and large private and public companies. They have a presence in French-speaking Switzerland and are recruiting in Geneva, Valais and Fribourg. We are looking for project managers, service managers, business analysts, Java developers and security specialists.

In 2023, the Blue Soft group has continued to evolve and grow, and now employs almost 900 people. Against this backdrop, Talents Bleus was born, with the aim of bringing together all the group's teams under a single banner, while respecting the cultures of each entity.
