Project Indigo, at the heart of blue flow
At Blue Soft, commitment is no empty word. In 2021, the company launched Project Indigo, an innovative corporate philanthropy program dedicated to the personal initiatives of the group's employees. The idea is to encourage Talents Bleus to get involved in associations that are close to their hearts, in France as well as in Belgium and Switzerland. The aim is to create a virtuous circle in which the commitment of our teams feeds that of the company, and vice versa.
In practical terms, the associations supported by Projet Indigo benefit not only from a financial donation, but also from skills sponsorship. Blue Soft experts put their know-how at the service of these organizations, whether in the fields of IT development, digital marketing or project management. It's a way for Blue Soft to share its expertise while giving meaning to its action.
Project Indigo is part of a wider CSR approach, which aims to have a positive impact on society. Blue Soft is committed to supporting environmental causes, promoting diversity and inclusion, as well as supporting solidarity causes. Corporate philanthropy is seen as a powerful lever for uniting teams around meaningful projects. With Projet Indigo, the Group places people at the heart of its strategy.

CSVN Narcosis, 40 years of passion and know-how
Founded in July 1981, the Club Subaquatique de la Ville Nouvelle (CSVN) Narcosis is a leading figure in scuba diving in Isère. Today, this dynamic, friendly club boasts more than 80 members, including some 30 instructors. Affiliated with the Fédération Française d'Études et de Sports Sous-Marins (FFESSM), CSVN Narcosis offers a wide range of activities for all levels of diver.
The club organizes 8 sea outings a year, as well as numerous sessions in the Meyzieu pit (20m deep) to complement weekly training sessions at the Villefontaine pool. The CSVN Narcosis makes a point of training its members in the best possible conditions, from baptism to level 4. Experienced divers can even become supervisors by taking the "initiateur-rice" or "moniteur-rice fédéral-e" courses run by experienced professionals.
But CSVN Narcosis is also about underwater biology and photography enthusiasts sharing their knowledge and their best shots. It's an original way of discovering the richness of the seabed, while raising awareness of the need to protect it. For 40 years, the club has nurtured a spirit of curiosity, sharing and surpassing oneself, forging strong bonds between its members.
As for the club's enigmatic name, there's a simple explanation: CSVN stands for "Club Subaquatique de la Ville Nouvelle", in reference to Villefontaine, while "Narcosis" echoes the phenomenon of narcosis (or deep-sea intoxication) that can occur in divers, while paying homage to the word's Latin roots. A name that reflects the club's image: technical yet friendly!
The CSVN is above all a state of mind and strong values that bind its members together. "We're like one big family here," says club vice-president Genséric Augagneur. "Everyone knows each other, helps each other out and progresses together in good spirits. The club's volunteers, all experienced divers, pass on their know-how with passion and pedagogy. We also forge links outside the pool, through the convivial moments that punctuate club life.
In its 40 years of existence, CSVN has remained true to its DNA while adapting to changes in its sport and its environment. A fine example of resilience and commitment that echoes the values of Blue Soft. It's easy to see why the Group has chosen to support this unique club through its Project Indigo!
Genséric Augagneur, a commitment to the community
At Blue Soft, commitment doesn't stop at the company gates. Some employees, like Genséric Augagneur, are also involved in associations alongside their professional activities. Team Leader within the Group, Genséric Augagneur is also Vice-Chairman of CSVN Narcosis. In fact, it's thanks to this volunteer commitment that CSVN Narcosis has been able to benefit from the support of Blue Soft as part of Project Indigo.
For CSVN Narcosis, it's a great recognition and a welcome boost. The club can now benefit from the expertise of the Blue Soft teams in areas such as communications. This support helps to raise the club's profile and attract new members.
But beyond this concrete aspect, it is also a human and supportive partnership that is being forged between the two structures. Blue Soft and CSVN Narcosis share common values of commitment, surpassing oneself and team cohesion. These values are embodied on a daily basis by talented individuals such as Genséric Augagneur, who build bridges between the corporate world and the non-profit sector.
This meaningful action illustrates the whole philosophy of Projet Indigo: to encourage our teams' solidarity and civic-minded initiatives, in order to build a committed and responsible company. It's an approach that Genséric Augagneur fully embraces, and one that he hopes will spread throughout the Group.
