The Blue Soft Group has launched its 2021gramme, Project Indigo. After several years, we now support some forty associations in the fields of health, the environment, culture and sport.

This year Blue Soft supported the Centre Français de Secourisme de l'Essonne (CFS 91). This civil protection association was proposed by Florent, our CIO and also an extremely committed member of CFS 91.

Blue Soft supports associations with Project Indigo

In 2021, Blue Soft is launching Project Indigo, a collaborative philanthropy program that supports associations proposed by our employees in France, Belgium and Switzerland.

" Project Indigo is an important and recurring event in our employer policy. Blue Soft " explains Ludovic Hayat, president of the Blue Soft group. " It is part of blue flow initiatives aimed at making the workplace experience particularly satisfying at Blue Soft ".

Its aim is to give our teams the opportunity to get involved in projects that are close to their hearts. Projects are selected on the basis of their fit with the Group's values: commitment, cohesion and excellence. We also our support in terms of communication around defined actions and the possibility for associations to benefit from skills sponsorship.

" In addition to financial donations, the contribution of IT skills in a variety of fields - infrastructure, cloud, development, etc. - is very important for the associations we support. - is very structuring for the associations we support. We support them in the same way as we do our customers, with a formal assessment of needs, the allocation of an ad hoc number of man-days, and we remain at their side until the skills have been transferred. "explains Ludovic Hayat.

What does the Centre Français de Secourisme de l'Essonne do?

The Centre Français de Secourisme de l'Essonne is a civil protection association affiliated with the national Centre Français de Secourisme. These activities are entirely voluntary, in keeping with the association's values: apolitical, neutral, humane and dedicated.

CFS 91 provides daily first-aid training for the general public, as well as more targeted training for professionals.

They are also involved in the provision of emergency services, depending on sporting events, demonstrations or other cultural gatherings. For example: the 24 hours of Le Mans, the Interceltic Festival of Lorient or musical events where teams are placed on call to reinforce public services, with the fire department or the ambulance service.

They can be mobilized in the event of a crisis, as in the case of COVID, where they were mobilized on an exceptional scale, being on call 24 hours a day in the Paris region for almost two years.

Their activities also include "marauding", visiting homeless people to provide them with care, comfort, hot drinks to eat and basic necessities such as toothpaste, shower gel, etc.

Finally, as part of their agreements, they intervene in dislocated reception centers. This is when a city is faced with a disaster, or when a fire breaks out in a building and people need to be temporarily rehoused, they will take charge of the citizens with the city's services in order to set up beds, distribute basic necessities and so on, so as to be able to house people temporarily until the situation is re-established.

Our support to the Centre Français de Secourisme as part of Project Indigo

CFS 91 works with equipment that must always be at the cutting edge of the latest innovations, and is often very costly, whether in terms of vehicle purchases, vehicle maintenance or emergency equipment.

The Blue Soft group has provided financial support for the purchase of a new, latest-generation defibrillator. It is more compact, with new options to optimize treatment of future victims.

We have also helped the association through skills sponsorship.

In this video for Projet Indigo, we meet Romain Dunglas, operational manager of the Centre Français Secourisme de l'Essonne and a member of the association for member of the association for 19 years.
