With Chroniques de Talents Bleus, Blue Soft addresses all its future employees through the voices of its employees, engineers, directors, HR managers, trainers and more. A podcast to whet the curiosity of those who are hesitant, to appreciate the company's atmosphere and to invite beginners as well as seasoned employees to adopt blue flow.

A Blue Soft, some Blue Soft

Blue Softis a constellation of agencies in France, Switzerland and Belgium. It is also a strong external growth, which feeds the group with all its diversity, corporate cultures and methods. An organization that makes it all the more difficult to give a homogeneous definition of an ESN. And yet. Throughout the podcast Chronicle of Blue Talent, in the course of the comments, the laughter, the hesitations, the long developments or the exclamations, a common culture emerges that everyone appropriates in their own personal way. All of them express affection, an attachment, which is sometimes born elsewhere and which continues with Blue Soft, in softness, with humanity.
