The group Blue Soft inaugurates its first podcast. With Chroniques de Talents Bleus, Blue Soft addresses all its future employees through the voices of its employees, engineers, directors, HR managers, trainers and more. A podcast to whet the curiosity of those who are hesitant, to appreciate the company's atmosphere and to invite beginners as well as seasoned employees to adopt blue flow.

Blue Soft, c’est une constellation d’agences en France, en Suisse et en Belgique. C’est aussi une croissance externe forte, qui nourrit le groupe de toute sa diversité, cultures d’entreprise et méthodes. Une organisation qui rend d’autant plus délicat à donner une définition homogène de l’ESN. Et pourtant. À travers le podcast Chronique de talents bleus, au fil des propos, des rires, des hésitations, des longs développements ou des exclamations, il ressort une culture commune que chacun s’approprie, à sa façon toute personnelle. Tous et toutes expriment de l’affection, un attachement, parfois éclos ailleurs et qui se poursuit avec Blue Soft, en douceur, avec humanité.

The words and format of Blue Talent Chronicles
The podcast is advantageous because it allows a freedom of expression that is not found in any other format, not even video. The camera can have a paralyzing effect, which we don't want anyone to have (especially not the editor). It is also a medium made of codes and conventions that can tend to distort the relationship with the audience.
Freedom of tone, conversation carried out in a casual manner, far from the scrutiny and weight of the image, the podcast is made of the ingredients that give an inimitable flavor to a testimony and respect its authenticity.

Elle témoigne de la rude concurrence qui se joue entre les entreprises du numérique aujourd’hui pour trouver de nouveaux collaborateurs et dévoile avec appétit les arcanes d’un métier exigeant. Qu’elle recrute pour ses propres besoins ou pour ceux de son agence, Marlène devrait en toute logique stimuler l’envie de rejoindre le groupe, tant elle montre une joie de vivre communicative.
En octobre, place à Grégory, développeur Fullstack, fier de son équipe et de son agence, heureux de transmettre ses connaissances au bureau comme à la terrasse d’un café visiblement.
En novembre puis en décembre, rencontrons Guillaume et Cédric. Le premier est consultant et formateur, le second, directeur des opérations.
