Blue Soft Belgium, our antenna for the Belgian market

On March 1, 2022, the group Blue Soft opened its first office in Belgium in Brussels: Blue Soft Belgium. 6 months later, let's take a look at this subsidiary, its market and its expertise with its manager Joël Van Hoolandt. Why did you choose Brussels for Blue Soft Belgium? The creation of an agency in Belgium was a long-standing project for the two directors of the group Blue Soft (Ludovic Hayat and Thierry Boccara). It was in March 2022 that the project became a reality in Brussels with Joël. For this native of Brussels, there was no other alternative in Belgium. He knows the city well and reminds us of its status as the Capital of Europe, a metropolis with flourishing economic and commercial activities but also rich and bubbling. And then, we have [...]

It is also a strong external growth, which feeds the group with all its diversity, corporate cultures and methods. This organization makes it all the more difficult to give a homogeneous definition of an NSE. And yet. Throughout the podcast Chronicle of Blue Talent, in the course of the comments, the laughter, the hesitations, the long developments or the exclamations, a common culture emerges that everyone appropriates in their own personal way. All of them express affection, an attachment, which is sometimes born elsewhere and which continues with Blue Soft, in softness, with humanity. When Blue Soft recruits, these multiple facets are difficult to express, even though they are, in a way, the salt of the company. They form these small details which could make lean [...]
